1.     When you turn on the #1 power switch, the switch becomes red but the wire doesn’t get heated. You can adjust the heating level by #2 heating control switch. You can check the #3 fuse case when the machine doesn’t work.

2.     #1 black handle is the alarm volume which you can set the alarm referring to the #2 time table to get bending moments notified. *The power doesn’t automatically turns off even after alarm rings.

3.     Lift the red push band a little bit, push the acrylic underneath it and move it to the arrow direction so the pin switch is pressed.

4.     There’s pin switch on the left side of the table. This part has to be pressed in order for the wire to be heated.

5.     Bending time depends on the thickness of the acrylic. Bend the material, check the heating condition and you can bend it to your required angle.

6.     Right after the bending process when the acrylic is still heated, it might go back to the flat condition if you loose your hands. Keep the angle until the acrylic is cooled down.

7.     You can use the gradations on the table and the straight bar for accurate and repeated operations.
